Mr. Siyabulela Cecil Mkwalo, AFBC Director, South Africa, South African Boxing Association, is sanctioned with a WARNING for repeated violation of the AFBC Constitution, IBA/AFBC Rules and the IBA/AFBC Code of Ethics, and threatened to face severe punitive measures in accordance with the provisions set forth in the IBA/AFBC Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Code.
