The Congress of the International Boxing Association (IBA) re-confirmed the vote of confidence for President Umar Kremlev at its extraordinary meeting in Yerevan, Armenia, on September 25.
ABefore the vote, several delegates from African member federations of the AFBC were able to speak. These are, in order of appearance:
- Mr Pyson Likagwa, President of the Malawi Boxing Association.
- Mr Azania Omo-Agege from Nigeria, AFBC African Boxing Confédération vice-President.
- General Ilunga Luyoyo, from DR Congo, AFBC African Boxing Confédération vice-President.
- Mr Mohamed Abdou Mbéchézi, President of Comorian Boxing Federation.
- The delegate of Sudan Boxing Association.
- Mr Abdulaziz Ghanim, President of Egyptian Boxing Federation.
- Mr Lukelo Willilo, General Secretary of Boxing Federation of Tanzania.
- Mr Cheick Raoul Diakité, president of Malian Boxing Federation.
- Mr Moses Muhangi, President of Uganda Boxing Federation President.
- Mr Gaëtan Nkodia, President of Congo Brazzaville Boxing Federation.
- Mr Webster Lukhele, President of Eswatini Boxing Association.
