Africa enters 41 boxers in Women’s World Boxing Championships starting March 16 in New Delhi (India)

A total of 41 boxers from 13 countries are representing Africa in Women’s World Boxing Championships starting tomorrow, March 16 in India’s capital city New Delhi.

The list of the participants has been availed to Africa Boxing Confederation (AFBC) communication department by IBA Media.

Kenya leads with 11 boxers followed by Algeria 6, Morocco and Mozambique 4 each, Botswana, South Africa and Tunisia 3 each, Tanzania 2, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Mali, Sierra Leone and Swaziland one each.

All in all, a total of 324 boxers from 65 countries are taking in the 13th edition of Women’s World Boxing Championships.
