Investigation into the case of the Algerian Boxing Federation (FAB), response of the AFBC Ethics Commission to Mr. President by Interim of the FAB, Algerian Boxing Federation.

The Ethics Commission of the African Boxing Confederation reports positive progress in efforts to normalize the situation of the Algerian Boxing Federation as recommended by the AFBC.

1. Mr Khelifi Youcef has resigned. He had been elected head of the Algerian Boxing Federation in violation of AFBC regulations.
2. The Algerian Minister of Youth and Sports proceeded to the signing of a ministerial decree which withdraws all the disciplinary sanctions which weighed on Mr. Ferhat Fazil Abdelnour, President of the FAB. This would pave the way for his return as soon as the deposit to which he is subject is canceled or as soon as a judgment acquits him.
