Concerning the complaint received from Mr. Ferdinand llunga Luyoyo, Vice-President of the AFBC and President of the Congolese Boxing Federation against: Mr. Alpha Amadou Baldé, ABC Vice President and BoD member.
DECISION :
The Respondent Person / AFBC Vice President and BoD member Mr. Alpha Amadou Balde is sanctioned with a Suspension for three (3) years from all the boxing activities and a fine of fifteen thousand (15.000,00) Swiss Francs for unsportsmanlike behaviour in accordance with the provisions set out in article of the articles 17 (b), 20.1 and 24 (a-b) of the IBA Disciplinary and Ethics Code. This decision of the ABC Disciplinary Commission is being made public through the AFBC Communications channels including the website of AFBC.
