Two competing lists of candidates:
1. The one led by Mr. Nsimba Massamba.
2. The second led by Mr. Carlos Luís Gonçalves.
For this act, the General Assembly of the Angolan Boxing Federation – FABOXE previously held on october 31, 2024, approuved 13 voting delegates in accordance with the national sport law and regulations in force, i.e. 5 representatives of the 5 leagues (Provincial legal Associations) and 8 representatives of the 8 legal clubs.
For this important meeting, all 13 delegates were present and participated in the vote.
The list of Carlos Luís Gonçalves collected 11 votes, and that of Nsimba Massamba 1 vote. There was 1 invalid vote.
IBA was represented by the member of its Board of Directors, Mrs. Pearl Dlamini, sent by IBA President Umar Kremlev with the specific mission to observe the election as recommended by the IBA membership regulations Policy.
